Wednesday, June 4: Persistent Prayer and Trust in the Father

Day 3: Persistent Prayer and Trust in the Father
Wednesday, June 4, 2025

Reading: Matthew 7:7-11, Luke 11:5-13

Jesus encourages us to be persistent in prayer, assuring us of the Father's desire to give good gifts to His children. This isn't about getting whatever we want, but about aligning our hearts with God's will and seeking His kingdom above all else.
Reflect on your prayer life. Are you bringing your needs and desires to God with childlike faith? Do you trust in His goodness, even when answers don't come immediately or in the way you expect? Remember that the greatest gift God gives us is Himself and the transforming power of His Spirit.

Set aside extra time for prayer today. Focus on seeking God's presence and asking for spiritual growth rather than just material needs.
