Tuesday, June 10: Bearing Good Fruit
Day 2: Bearing Good Fruit
Tuesday, June 10, 2025
Reading: Matthew 7:15-20
Jesus teaches us to recognize false prophets by their fruit. This principle applies to our own lives as well. The fruit we bear - our actions, words, and attitudes - reveal the true nature of our faith. Today, examine your life. What kind of fruit are you producing? Are you demonstrating love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23)? If not, don't despair. Instead, draw closer to Christ, the true vine (John 15:1-8). Ask Him to transform you from within, so that your life naturally produces good fruit that glorifies God and blesses others.
