Day 4: No Neutrality Allowed

Reading: Matthew 12:30; Joshua 24:14-15

Devotional: Jesus makes it clear: "Whoever is not with me is against me." There is no middle ground with Christ. Joshua challenged Israel: "Choose this day whom you will serve." That same choice confronts us daily. We cannot add Jesus to our lives like a helpful accessory while maintaining control. He demands wholehearted allegiance. Examine where you might be living in spiritual neutrality—areas where you acknowledge Jesus but don't truly follow Him. Perhaps it's your finances, relationships, ambitions, or secret habits. Neutrality is actually opposition disguised as tolerance. Jesus isn't asking for partial commitment; He's calling for complete surrender. Today, identify one area of neutrality and make a decisive choice to follow Jesus there. Half-hearted faith isn't faith at all.
