Wednesday, January 14 | The Stronger One Has Come
Day 3: The Stronger One Has Come
Reading: Matthew 12:25-29; Colossians 2:13-15
Devotional: Jesus declared that He is the "stronger one" who binds the strong man and plunders his house. Satan's power, though real, is limited by our sovereign King. Jesus has disarmed the powers and authorities, triumphing over them at the cross. Whatever oppression, temptation, or fear you face today, remember: "Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world." The enemy who once held dominion has been defeated. You are not fighting for victory but from victory. Christ has already won. This doesn't mean battles won't come, but it means the outcome is secure. When darkness presses in, declare this truth: my King is stronger. Walk in the authority and freedom Jesus purchased for you.
